Our Design projects have grown with Curtis affiliation with Modern Home Design Showroom in Palm Springs the leader in Modern Home Design!

Recent Design projects include 2 homes in the prestigous Thunderbird Country Club including Desi Arnaz and Lucille Balls first house there! Palm Desert projects include Indian Ridge C.C. and Palm Valley C.C.  New projects are now happening in Palm Springs including the Mid-Century Modern enclave of Canyon View Estates.

Curtis received his CA Real Estate License in Jan and as the market here in Palm Springs heats up so has Dwells Real Estate business. 5 sales in 10 days shows the strength of the market  especially for second homes. Paul Kaplans extensive marketing brought buyers to Curtis from Seattle, Calgary, Vancouver, Portland and Chicago! Two of these will include complete remodels with Dwells team handling the project.

Spokane is keeping us busy too with Design projects in progress with Curtis and his talented Spokane staff busy coordinating our jobs there. So... thats whats happening!

The last six months have flown by quickly. As the old saying goes, “ I wish I would have made the change sooner.”

The Spokane market acceptance of Dwell is ahead of schedule and is one of the big reasons I’m launching my services in Palm Springs. I’m able to serve both markets in real estate and you know that I’m more than willing to work on the interior design of your home wherever this letter may find you. (Preferably Spokane or Palm Springs).

I’m 100% at Dwell now, no longer associated with Design Works. I now have more time to devote to my work with clients in real estate, buying or selling, and interior design, refreshing or building.

My design business will be run out of Northwest Trends in the Spokane Valley, and through KDI Tile and Design in the Palm Desert area.

More great news, I now have a team of professionals that support me in both locations and keep this smile on my face. I enjoy working with; Gregg Johnson, Molly Scott, Amber Ball and Mary Massong because they think like I do when it comes to design and real estate projects.
